1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed and handed to our shipping carriers within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). In rare cases of high order volume, a short delay may occur. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Tip: If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder.
Carrier Partners:
We partner with USPS, UPS, and FedEx to provide reliable delivery. Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, it is in their possession. While we monitor shipments closely, PeptX Labs cannot control or guarantee carrier transit times or handling.
Tracking Your Order:
For real-time delivery updates, use your tracking number directly on the carrier’s website.
Shipping Insurance:
All orders include shipping insurance against carrier loss or damage.
• Lost Packages: A waiting period of 20 business days from the carrier pickup date is required before a package can be declared lost and a claim filed.
• Damaged Packages: Contact us within 3 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged.
Please include clear photographs of the damaged items and the shipping box (inside and outside).
These images are required by our insurance provider to process any claim.
• Theft: Insurance does not cover theft after a carrier confirms delivery.

2. RETURNS & REFUNDS
All Sales Final — No Returns or Exchanges:
Due to the sensitive nature of research materials and the potential for tampering, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances once an order has been processed.
Please verify your order before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items:
We stand behind the integrity of our products.
If an item arrives damaged or is suspected to be defective, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery.
If you believe a product is defective, we require proof via an HPLC or accredited third-party lab test result.
Anecdotal claims are not accepted.
Clear photographic evidence of the issue is required. Upon review and approval, PeptX Labs may, at its discretion, issue a replacement or refund for the affected product.
Missing Items:
If an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and details of the missing item.
We use a double-verification checklist system and keep photos of each outgoing order on file for 3 business days. Once verified, we will promptly ship any confirmed missing item.
Fraud Prevention:
To protect against fraudulent claims, we photograph every shipment before dispatch, including the order contents and shipping label.
High-value shipments may require a signature upon delivery.

3. PRODUCT TESTING & QUALITY GUARANTEE
We are confident in the purity, accuracy, and research-grade quality of every product we ship.
If you choose to have a compound tested by an accredited third-party laboratory and the results show:
• Purity below 95%, or
• Actual content more than 10% under the labeled amount,
then PeptX Labs will:
1. Cover the cost of the test, and
2. Issue a full refund, store credit, or replacement for that product.
Important Notes:
• This guarantee does not apply to peptide salts where the labeled dosage reflects the entire compound and the active yield is scientifically known to be lower (e.g., 50 mg peptide salt yielding 25 mg active base).
• The testing lab must be accredited, and results must be verifiable directly by phone with the facility located in the United States.

4. CHARGEBACK POLICY
Initiating a chargeback without contacting our support team first is considered a breach of policy.
If a chargeback is filed:
• Your customer account (name, email, and shipping address) will be permanently banned from future orders with https://peptxlabs.com, and may be reported to an industry-wide fraud prevention network.
• The dispute will be contested with all relevant order records, shipping logs, and policies.
• If resolved in your favor, a $35 administrative processing fee will be deducted from any future credit or refund.
